Aluminum Foil Treatment for Back Pain & Joint Pain –

Aluminum foil has healing properties and they are often times used by Chinese and Russian healers and what’s more, aluminum foil can be a cure outside of the kitchen, but it should always be used with caution. If you suffer from neck, shoulder, knees, heels, or back pain, just wrap the affected area with aluminum foil and the pain will go away.

Take a piece of aluminum foil and apply it onto the place where you feel pain and put a bandage over it. The treatment should last from 10 to 12 hours and the wrapped area should be left like that during the night. Make a break for 1 or 2 weeks and you can afterwards repeat the treatment if you need to.
Furthermore, this foil has inflammatory effects and can help you relieve cold. Wrap your feet with 5 to 7 layers of foil and apply a piece of paper or a cotton cloth between every layer and leave the compress around 1 hour. Then take it off and do the same after 2 hours. Leave it for one hour and take another break. This should be repeated three times and the entire procedure lasts one week.
