Remedy for GOUT
Get this-
Fenugreek seeds powder
turmeric powder
ginger powder
Do this-
Prepare a mixture of fenugreek seeds powder, turmeric powder, and dried ginger root powder in equal proportion.
Take 1 teaspoon of this powder with lukewarm water twice a day.
Other tips-
•Avoid exposure to loud sounds and noises.
•Lower your salt intake (salt impairs blood circulation).
•Avoid stimulants such as coffee, tea, cola and tobacco.
•Exercise daily.
•Get adequate rest; avoid fatigue.
