Five mistakes of eating habits 

Eating food is to build up energy in the body and enjoy the process of positive eating. We eat to live, but we do not live to eat. Here are five mistakes that people commonly commit while eating, which cause negative results from eating.

1) Eating at great speed. Eating is not a time bound race to eat in a hurry without tasting what you are eating.

2) Frequent snack eating habit may become an addiction that spoils the health. It is a common practice to eat snacks while watching TV.

3) Eating again and again, even after your stomach signals full.

4) Wrong target of finishing what is served on the plate. Take what you feel you need to eat. Do not aim at finishing the entire plate.

5) Avoid eating when you are very tired or stressed. It may cause negative results.
