- lots of water
- beans grow under a weight
- and the asian way, with spring/mineral water
Method:
1. rinse and soak beans overnight in a deep bowl, with 3x times as much (spring) water
2. drain and put in a cool place in the kitchen
3. rinse every 3-4 hours, with low water pressure so beans don't move around (don't mix them!)
4. once they start sprouting, place a weight on top of them e.g. a bowl or bag of marbles
5. they'll be ready in 3-5 days depending on how long you want them
