Garlic and its health benefits

-Treatment of cholesterol 
Garlic is effective in lowering cholesterol, and thus helps in reducing the incidence of heart attack and heart disease. Margarine or butter increases blood viscosity and increased cholesterol in the blood causing thickening and hardening of the garlic reduces these changes that occur.

- High blood Pressure 
Drinking a mixture of six drops of garlic juice dissolved in four teaspoon of water twice a day. Reduces the Blood pressure

-Every Types of migraines 
Grind garlic, and place it on Paladin (a large veins in the sides of the neck) or anywhere with pain. 
In migraine. two placed drops of garlic juice in the slot to the opposite side of the nose headaches. Or can be chewed garlic clove each hour

-Stomach Ache
Add garlic juice 1/2 cm to four cm of water. Add salt to taste. Relieves stomach ache. One cup once in the evening.
