Control Hair Fall With Amla Or Indian Gooseberry
An ingredient that can be used as part of one’s hair fall treatment is amla or Indian gooseberry. Amla is often a key ingredient in shampoos and conditioners and other hair products as it comes with exceptional nourishing and hair strengthening properties. These are very beneficial for regrowth of hair and severe hair breakage. Other benefits of amla include keeping dandruff away, preventing split ends and premature greying of hair.
Amla Hair Packs:-
Home-Made Amla Shampoo:-
The best way to use amla for hair is to make a home-made shampoo. Dried amla is usually used for this purpose. It is boiled along with reetha(soap nuts) and shikakai for about 10 minutes in plain water. Then apply it on your hair, it won’t lather too much but will help remove dirt and grime. Wash off with plain water.
Amla And Lemon Juice:-
Apply a mixture of amla and lemon juice on your scalp and leave for around 20 to 30 minutes. Then, wash this well with warm water. Doing this regularly will help strengthen your hair from roots and will give it a natural shine.
Amla And Henna Hair Pack:-
Mix some amla juice with henna and apply it on your hair. This not only conditions your hair but adds extra bounce and shine. Both ingredients will help prevent hair fall and nourishment to your hair.
