Do's and Don'ts : Water 

I would like to share a few points for the health conscious people about water. When to drink and when to avoid.

* Drink water after waking up in morning. Activates the internal organs.

* Drink water at-least 30 min before having food.

* Don't drink water immediately after having food.

* Always drink water by taking big sips and slowly.

* Don't store water in tumblers, store it in round shape vessels.

* Drink water after taking bath. (Lowers Blood pressure)

* Drink water before going to sleep, Helps in preventing heart attacks.
