Tips For Healthy Beautiful Skin
For the vast majority of us, healthy skin schedules are a burden but actually it only takes about 3 minutes each morning and night to have healthy beautiful skin.
All your skin needs is a 3 step schedule:
Step1
Wash your skin thoroughly to wash away dirt and unclog pores.
Step2
Use toner to tighten up the pores, enhancing blood circulation and make your skin feel smooth.
Step3
Use moisturizer with SPF during the day to avoid sun harm and one without sunscreen at nighttime if you have dry skin to allow the moisture to soak in overnight.
If you have oily skin and frequent break outs here are some tips...
1. Don't pick at your pimples! You will get a nasty scar if you do.
2. Wash your face twice a day. Don't scrub your face, just wash softly in the AM. and in the PM. Use a gentle unscented face wash.
3. Dab a little bit of 2.5% Benzol Peroxide on your blemish to help heal it. A little goes a long way.
4. Lessen redness and inflammation by keeping away from hot beverages, spicy foods and alcohol and overexposure to sun.
5. Have a professional facial occasionally to help control oil and to get expert advice on how to control acne.
6. Take a rest day. Give your skin a makeup free day.
7. Don't touch your face. In the event that you do touch your face make sure your hands are clean before you do so.
8. Please don't smoke. It is terrible for the skin.
9. Hydrate your skin with lots of water. If you don't like water drink juice.
10. Dry your face with a clean soft towel and don't rub it.
A little note about SPF
That sun-kissed, healthy tanned look that comes from spending time at the beach or pool is nice but use caution.
What isn't so great is the harm that UV rays can do to your skin long term. Wrinkles, sun spots, uneven skin tone and dryness can all add years to your face.
Knowing how to pick cosmetics that help these skin issues help, however using caution is still the best solution. Never go out without sunscreen all over.
Facial skin is exceptionally sensitive and must be protected year round from UV rays, even on cloudy days.
