Cholesterol in the human body comes from two main sources, namely from our own body and from the food we eat. Cholesterol is produced by the liver to perform functions in the body. Consumption of grains
Eating whole grains is very effective to help lower cholesterol in the blood, but when the diet is advised to avoid starchy, because it can raise cholesterol levels.

Keep Milk Consumption
Although many dairy dieters avoided, but you still consume milk, choose low-fat milk.

Avoid Oils and Fats
Oil and saturated fat is the trigger for increased cholesterol, as much as possible be avoided.
