Today stress is a part of our daily lives, so often do not pay attention to the signs that are reflected in our body and can serve as a warning of the development of serious diseases.

There are many physical and emotional stress related disorders such as anxiety, heart attacks, cerebrovascular accidents and hypertension, which can be prevented if we pay attention to our body.
