SHOULDER TENSION & PAIN RELIEF:

Place the palm of your hand on the tip of your shoulder cap & your middle finger will be on SI10. Press it inward toward your spine to relief shoulder & arm problems. Hold for 2 to 3 minutes while breathing deeply. Then slowly knead your shoulder muscles, breathing deeply & you'll find that it releases like a charm.
