Roll up a small towel under your lower back & lie down on it.
Place your fingertips on CV6 (2 finger widths below your belly button).
Use steady firm pressure on CV6 & breathe deeply into your womb.
Start with 2 minutes, 2 times daily. Increase gradually to 5 minutes.
Totally relax & take a nap afterward for best results
