The word “heart burn” is very frightening but it is not that your heart is on fire! Heart burn is also called “acid reflux”. Mix 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar in 1 tablespoon honey and 1 cup warm water and take it. It is very helpful in acidity and heartburn.
5) Drink water:
Heart burn can also be a sign of dehydration. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily to stay hydrated. Avoid drinking water during meal time as it can distend the stomach and cause reflux.
6) Almonds:
Almond is an alkaline-producing dry fruit. Raw almonds are good source of calcium so they can balance your pH.
7) Aloe Vera:
Aloe Vera is usually used to soothe burns and provide the same benefits to stomach as well. It reduces inflammation. Drink 2-3 ounce of unprocessed aloe Vera juice daily.
8) Yoghurt:
Eating a few spoons of yoghurt after meal can reduce the burning feeling. It is a very old and common remedy. Yoghurt contains probiotics that can neutralize acid in the stomach and esophagus. It helps in killing the bacteria that can cause illness.
9) Papaya:
Digestive enzymes in papaya soothe the stomach. It aid in digestion and discourage heart burn. You can take it in a variety of ways like canned, dried, fresh or juiced.
When coupled with a healthy diet and regular exercise, the drugs can make quite a difference in your cholesterol levels, at least enough that your levels can be considered safe.
