LEG TIGHTNESS & STIFFNESS:


















LEG TIGHTNESS & STIFFNESS: 

Press & briskly rub the points in the back of your leg.

Plus stretch in a standing position, using your right hand to hold a chair. Bend your left leg.

Grasp hold of your left foot with your right or left hand & bow, stretching your Quad muscles for 10-15 seconds.

Repeat on the other side. Repeat 3 times a day.
The combo of Acupressure & stretching is remarkably effective.
