How to Prevent Osteoporosis

Osteoporosis affects bone becomes softer and more likely to break, as a result of low bone mass and loss of bone tissue, and usually affects more women than men.
Prevention of osteoporosis:

• A diet rich in calcium is important in maintaining bone health, can be found in the milk of all kinds, green leafy vegetables, yogurt, soy, fish and Kalsrdin tuna, salmon and many others.

• A diet rich in vitamin D is important in maintaining bone health, due to its important role in calcium absorption processes, we find vitamin D in eggs and milk, as well as from the sun's rays.

• Exercise regularly Sports rapid walking, tennis, swimming and the other for 20 minutes a day, it helps to strengthen muscles and bones and increase stamina.

• quit smoking.
