Your smartphone is a pain in the neck 

If you spend too much time with your smart phone, the alarm is ringing. Try it when you use your smart phone as much as possible, use the top or front of the neck and spine to bend at least minimize suffering.

If you are using phone at 60 degrees it is like if you are putting 60 pounds weight on spine, which is very damaging and you may need surgery.

So try to use phone at height in front of your face.
