5,000 Year Old Buddhist Health Recipe
This amazing ancient garlic remedy was discovered in 1972, in a Buddhist monastery in Tibet. It was confirmed to be around 5000 years old.
Take 350 grams of crushed garlic into a glass jar. Pour over 220-250 grams of 95-96 ° alcohol, rum, or other spirit. Make sure the alcohol does not contain any other substance like benzalkonium chloride or methanol. Close the jar and place it in the refrigerator for ten days.
