FACIAL ACU-CHART
Your skin is the biggest organ of the body. It functions as both a protective layer against foreign invaders and as a communicator between the inner world and the outer work. All nerves are interconnected to the other organs via the nerves and energy nadis.
Observe the health of the skin on your visage. Dryness or too oily can indicate that an organ is under nourished or over nourished. Areas or zones associated to the major organs of the body:
(1) Small Intestine.
(2) Bladder.
(3) Liver.
(4) Heart.
(5) Kidney.
(6) Gallbladder.
(7) Stomach.
(8) Lung.
(9) Colon.
(10) Genitals.
(11) Pancreas.
The homeostasis of both the inner world and the outer world is true mastery. As a general rule of thumb, lightly pinch and gently grab the skin and tug on it. If the skin stretches and pulls back, then the body is adequately hydrated. An overall glow and youthness to the skin tone and muscle elasticity are wonderful signs that you are on the right path for well-being.
