ARM PAIN or NUMBNESS, COLD HANDS, SHOULDER PAIN or BURSITIS: 

SI10 is difficult to get yourself. 
Place a tennis ball on your bed. Lie down on it on your side. 

If it hurts, cover ball with a doubled towel for padding. If you don’t feel much, do this on a carpeted floor. 

Once you feel a "good pain" going into your problem area, breath deeply for a few minutes. 

Cover yourself & take a nap to get the full benefits.
