How To Get Rid Of Throat Pain With This Quick Drink Recipe

Great news! I found a recipe with only 3 ingredients that will treat that sore throat, and relieve those symptoms instantly.

Ingredients

1 ginger (chop 8 pieces with 5 millimeters of thickness)
4 cups of filtered water
4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Directions

Mash the garlic using a knife, until it releases its juice.
Put the mashed pieces of garlic and the ginger slice pieces in the filtered water.
Put into a pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the lemon juice in the tea before you drink it.
Drink 2 cups of this beverage on a daily basis when you have that nasty sore throat.
