Flu or cold?
Here are some tips from nature!
Put a small dish a layer of sliced onions, a little brown sugar and honey on top, another layer of the onion, brown sugar and honey, and so on until you have at least 3 layers of onion. Allow container overnight and drain the next morning. You will notice that you get a 100% natural onion syrup. Take a teaspoon whenever your neck trouble.
Lemon. It contains lots of vitamins (especially vitamin C) and antioxidants that fight against the flu. Prepare your lemonade out of a lemon, 1 liter mineral water and honey or hot tea from the same ingredients.
