BALANCE your BRAIN

In front of your ear are 3 hollows.

Hold these 3 ear gateway points using a pound of pressure on both sides.

Hold lightly for 2 minutes feeling for a pulse as you breathe deeply with your eyes closed.

When pulses on both sides synchronize, the energy flow in your brain balances.

Relax & meditate with a straight spine for 3 minutes to obtain inner peace & healing.

To achieve it, do this daily.
