Why you should eat before exercising ?
Your body needs energy to exercise. If your stomach is empty before exercising you will feel tired and weak and you will not be able to exercise properly.
If you exercise in the morning make sure to have a light breakfast one hour before exercising so that you will feel energized and will be able to workout effectively.
Get up early and have a nutritious and light breakfast so that you will not be tired to exercise an hour later. Do not eat immediately before exercising because you may not feel comfortable and your stomach may hurt.
Follow a routine that works fine for you. Some people can eat just before exercising and workout comfortably. The main point to remember is that you should have the energy to exercise. Keep yourself hydrated by sipping water between workout sessions.
Here are some healthy breakfast options -
Whole-grain cereals or bread
Orange juice freshly squeezed
Low fat milk
Yogurt
Bananas
Low fat granola bars
Peanut butter sandwiches
Fruit smoothies
Whatever be the time of day you exercise make sure that you have the energy to exercise by eating at least an hour before.
