When you have at age of 35 skin wrinkles are starting. This means you have to take care about your skin. Here the problem is your skin appears dry even you apply the moisturizer. This was affected by smoking and alcohol and exposure to sunlight and also unhealthy diet.

• You must avoid the foods which is causes for gas produce to control the wrinkles. Don’t eat heavily beans and breads.

• Make paste of one egg yolk and one spoon of honey and one fourth spoon of sugar and add three fourth spoon of corn flour. Massage this paste on your face in circular motion for three min after add some pure fruit oil to the paste and add moisturizing cream keep this pack at least 15 min and then wash with cool water.

• Make a mixer with one spoon of milk and 3-4 drops of lime juice. Apply this on your face before go to bed. Wash with warm water in the next morning and dry the face with towel. Again massage the paste in the opposite direction to wrinkles. After half an hour wash with cool water.

• Take the crush of ripped papaya and apply on face after 30 min wash with water.

• For wrinkles massage the almond oil in the upward direction and keep it whole night and next morning wash with warm water.

• Take half spoon honey and one spoon of rice flour make a paste with these. Softly apply this on wrinkles wash with cool water after 30 min.

• Make a mixer with one spoon of milk cream and one spoon of honey. Gently apply on your face and clean with water after 25 min.

• Don’t go outside at the time of sun rays. Because most of the studies say it is the No 1 cause for wrinkles. Otherwise you should apply the sun screen lotions before go to outside.

• Most of the studies says that cigarette smoking is injuries to health and also caused for increasing the thickness of skin it is the main cause for skin wrinkles. So don’t smoke.

• Daily sleep at least six hours means sufficient sleep. If you have insufficient sleep then our body automatically produce cortical this is a hormone breaking the skin cells, may be caused for wrinkle the skin.

• Frequently eat fruits and vegetables for healthy body and also useful for avoid skin wrinkles.
