1. Have a Massage

2. Stretch and Move
You need to keep moving if you’re suffering from back pain. Moving the natural way is what it means here. You do normal stuff and chores, such as washing the dishes, walking the dog out, sweeping the floor. These are habits that won’t do further harm to your back, but rather help stretch and massage the affected area.

3. Wear Flats or Low Heels
For remedies for lower back pain during period in women, wearing comfortable shoes is one thing. Pain is twice worse if you have period. So to go on for today’s activities, shoes must be flat or with low heels.

4. Put Ice
One of the popularly known home remedies for back pain is the use of cold compress. You can soak your back in a tub filled with ice water or apply an ice pack compress. Either way, it helps get rid of pain around your back and shoulders.

5. Take a Warm Bath
Relaxing into a hot bath is another cheap remedy. This is one of the easiest lower back pain remedies to keep in mind. The heat can ease the swelling, so you should feel much better after.
