लक्षण –
एक पैर मे पंजे से लेकर कमर तक दर्द होना गृध्रसी या रिंगण बाय कहलाता है। प्रायः पैर के पंजे से लेकर कूल्हे तक दर्द होता है जो लगातार होता रहता है। मुख्य लक्षण यह है कि दर्द केवल एक पैर मे होता है। दर्द इतना अधिक होता है कि रोगी सो भी नहीं पाता।
चिकित्सा –
ये चिकित्सा मैंने बार बार अनुभव की है। बहुत अधिक परेशानी मे मे भी 3 दिन मे फायदा हो जाता है स्थायी लाभ के लिए 10-15 दिन जरूर प्रयोग करें।
हारसिंगार = पारिजात के 10-15 कोमल पत्ते को कटे फटे न हों तोड़ लाएँ। पत्ते को धो कर मिक्सी मे या कैसे ही थोड़ा सा कूट ले या पीस ले। बहुत अधिक बारीक पीसने कि जरूरत नहीं है। लगभग 200-300 ग्राम पानी (2 कप) मे धीमी आंच पर उबालें। तेज आग पर मत पकाए। चाय की तरह पकाए। चाय कि तरह छान कर गरम गरम पानी (काढ़ा) पी ले। पहली बार मे ही 10% फायदा होगा। प्रतिदिन 2 बार पिए । यदि आप ऑफिस जाते हैं तो दोगुना पानी उबाले। थर्मस मे भरकर ले जाएँ। इस हरसिंगार के पत्तों के काढ़े से 15 मिनट पहले और 1 घंटा बाद तक ठंडा पानी न पीए। दही लस्सी और आचार न खाएं। बार बार प्रयोग किया है । कभी असफल नहीं हुआ।

Ingredients:
Dandelion flower tops (Taraxacum officinale)
1 organic and free-range egg
1 cup organic milk

कत्थे का पेड़ भारत में १५०० मीटर की ऊंचाई तक पंजाब, ,उत्तर पश्चिम हिमालय,मध्यभारत,बिहार,महाराष्ट्र,राजस्थान,कोंकण,आसाम,उड़ीसा ,दक्षिण भारत एवं पश्चिम बंगाल में पाया जाता है | इसके पेड़ नदियों के किनारे अधिक होते हैं | कत्थे का पेड़ बबूल के पेड़ की तरह होता है | जब इसके पेड़ के तने लगभग एक फुट मोटे हो जाते हैं तब इन्हें काटकर छोटे-छोटे टुकड़े बनाकर भट्टियों में पकाकर काढ़ा बनाया जाता है | फिर इसे चौकोर रूप दिया जाता है जिसे कत्था कहते हैं |
आइये जानते हैं कत्थे के कुछ औषधीय प्रयोग -
१- कत्था/खदिर आदि द्रव्यों से निर्मित खदिरादि वटी चूसने से सभी प्रकार के मुखरोगों में लाभ होता है तथा दांतों के दीर्घकाल तक स्थिरता प्रदान करता है |
२- कत्थे को सरसों के तेल में घोलकर प्रतिदिन २ से ३ बार मसूड़ों पर मलने से दांतों के कीड़े नष्ट होते हैं तथा मसूड़ों से खून आनाव मुँह से बदबू आना बंद हो जाता है |

१-स्नान करने से पहले १० मिनट के लिए शरीर की मालिश करनी चाहिए | यदि प्रतिदिन यह संभव न हो तो सप्ताह में एक दिन ऐसा अवश्य करें |
२- भूख लगने पर ही भोजन करना चाहिए तथा भूख से थोड़ा कम ही खाना चाहिए , इससे पाचन सम्बन्धी विकार नहीं होते हैं |
३-भोजन करने के बाद थोड़ी देर वज्रासन में अवश्य बैठना चाहिए | रात्रि के भोजन के पश्चात 10-15 मिनट अवश्य टहलना चाहिए |
४-स्वस्थ रहने के लिए प्रतिदिन अधिक से अधिक पानी पीना चाहिए | यदि हम प्रतिदिन चार - पांच तुलसी और नीम की पत्तियों का सेवन करें तो इससे शरीर में रोग नहीं होते हैं |
५-दिन में नहीं सोना चाहिए क्योंकि यह स्वास्थ्य की दृष्टि से हानिकारक होता है |
६- रात को सोने से पूर्व पैर धोकर सोने से नींद अच्छी आती है | हमेशा पश्चिम या उत्तर दिशा की ओर पैर करके ही सोना चाहिए अथवा पूर्व या दक्षिण दिशा की ओर सर करके ही सोना चाहिए | विशषकर विद्यार्धियों को पूर्व दिशा की ओर सर करके सोना चाहिए |

नाशपाती (PEAR )-
भारत में नाशपाती का पेड़ उत्तर -पश्चिमी हिमालय,हिमाचल प्रदेश,जम्मू-कश्मीर,पंजाब,उत्तराखंड में ७००-२६०० मी की ऊंचाई तक पाया जाता है | यह जंगली ,पहाड़ी,बागी,तथा चीनी भेद से चार प्रकार की होती है | इनमें से पहाड़ी एवं बागी नाशपाती विशेषतः कोमल मधुर व रसीली होती है | आकृति में सुराही जैसी होती है | इन्हें ही नाख या नाक कहते हैं | शेष नाशपाती खट्टी या खट्टी मीठी होती है | इसका पुष्पकाल एवं फलकाल फ़रवरी से सितम्बर तक होता है |
आइये जानते है नाशपाती के कुछ औषधीय प्रयोग -
१- दस से बीस मिली नाशपाती फल के रस में शक़्क़र डालकर पीने से सिर के दर्द में लाभ होता है |

Left Over Onions Are Poisonous
In 1919 when the flu killed 40 million people there was this Doctor that visited the many farmers to see if he could help them combat the flu...
Many of the farmers and their families had contracted it and many died.
The doctor came upon this one farmer and to his surprise, everyone was very healthy. When the doctor asked what the farmer was doing that was different the wife replied that she had placed an unpeeled onion in a dish in the rooms of the home, (probably only two rooms back then). The doctor couldn't believe it and asked if he could have one of the onions and place it under the microscope. She gave him one and when he did this, he did find the flu virus in the onion. It obviously absorbed the bacteria, therefore, keeping the family healthy.
Now, I heard this story from my hairdresser. She said that several years ago, many of her employees were coming down with the flu, and so were many of her customers. The next year she placed several bowls with onions around in her shop. To her surprise, none of her staff got sick. It must work. Try it and see what happens. We did it last year and we never got the flu.
Now there is a P. S. to this for I sent it to a friend in Oregon who regularly contributes material to me on health issues. She replied with this most interesting experience about onions:
Thanks for the reminder. I don't know about the farmer's story...but, I do know that I contacted pneumonia, and, needless to say, I was very ill... I came across an article that said to cut both ends off an onion put it into an empty jar, and place the jar next to the sick patient at night. It said the onion would be black in the morning from the germs...sure enough it happened just like that...the onion was a mess and I began to feel better.
Another thing I read in the article was that onions and garlic placed around the room saved many from the black plague years ago. They have powerful antibacterial, antiseptic properties.
This is the other note. Lots of times when we have stomach problems we don't know what to blame. Maybe it's the onions that are to blame. Onions absorb bacteria is the reason they are so good at preventing us from getting colds and flu and is the very reason we shouldn't eat an onion that has been sitting for a time after it has been cut open.
LEFT OVER ONIONS ARE POISONOUS
I had the wonderful privilege of touring Mullins Food Products, Makers of mayonnaise. Questions about food poisoning came up, and I wanted to share what I learned from a chemist.
Ed, who was our tour guide, is a food chemistry whiz. During the tour, someone asked if we really needed to worry about mayonnaise. People are always worried that mayonnaise will spoil. Ed's answer will surprise you. Ed said that all commercially-made mayo is completely safe.
"It doesn't even have to be refrigerated. No harm in refrigerating it, but it's not really necessary." He explained that the pH in mayonnaise is set at a point that bacteria could not survive in that environment. He then talked about the summer picnic, with the bowl of potato salad sitting on the table, and how everyone blames the mayonnaise when someone gets sick.
Ed says that, when food poisoning is reported, the first thing the officials look for is when the 'victim' last ate ONIONS and where those onions came from (in the potato salad?). Ed says it's not the mayonnaise (as long as it's not homemade mayo) that spoils in the outdoors. It's probably the ONIONS, and if not the onions, it's the POTATOES.
He explained onions are a huge magnet for bacteria, especially uncooked onions. You should never plan to keep a portion of a sliced onion.. He says it's not even safe if you put it in a zip-lock bag and put it in your refrigerator.
It's already contaminated enough just by being cut open and out for a bit, that it can be a danger to you (and doubly watch out for those onions you put in your hotdogs at the baseball park!). Ed says if you take the leftover onion and cook it like crazy you'll probably be okay, but if you slice that leftover onion and put on your sandwich, you're asking for trouble. Both the onions and the moist potato in a potato salad, will attract and grow bacteria faster than any commercial mayonnaise will even begin to break down.
Also, dogs should never eat onions. Their stomachs cannot metabolize onions.
Please remember it is dangerous to cut an onion and try to use it to cook the next day, it becomes highly poisonous for even a single night and creates toxic bacteria which may cause adverse stomach infections because of excess bile secretions and even food poisoning.
